Third Step

Leasing & Tenant Onboarding

Once your property is rent-ready, we market it widely to attract quality tenants. Our strict 3-step screening ensures reliable occupants despite Quebec’s tough eviction laws. For occupied units, we ensure a smooth handover and clear communication with tenants.

Last Step

Maintenance & Repairs

We maintain property value through a clear maintenance system and a $500 reserve for routine repairs. Issues under $500 are handled directly and reflected in your monthly report with invoices. For larger costs or tenant-caused damage, we consult you or bill the responsible resident.
